Refund and Return Policy

Summary

 

Courses taken through distance learning are non-refundable. Parrotias will always resolve significant issues and strive to meet your requirements. Items that are defective or flawed must be disclosed within 30 days upon receipt. Open and examine each item immediately upon the arrival of your product.  In the event of a corrupted package/file, visit Contact Us for further guidance.  

 

We are unable to guarantee customers a total refund or replacement once 30 days have passed.  The goods must be unused, in the same quality that you received, and they must be in their original wrapping.  Various categories of products are not eligible for a refund. Newspapers and periodicals cannot be returned because they are perishable. Additionally, we do not take personal or hygienic goods, toxic objects, or flammable substances.  

 

Non-returnable items:  

 

  • Gift cards  

  • Downloadable software products  

  • Some health and personal care items  

 

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to perform your returns. Do not return your order to the manufacturer. 

 

Partial refunds are granted for:  

  • Book with obvious wear and tear 

  • An open CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record. 

  • Any product that is not in its original state, damaged or missing items for circumstances that are not an error of Parrotias. 

  • Any product returned more than 30 days after a receipt had been issued.  

 

Refunds  

Parrotias will send you an email following your return being received and inspected.  We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If you are authorized, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be sent to your payment method or initial mode of payment within a certain timeframe. 

 

Late or missing refunds  

 

If you haven’t received a refund: 

  • Check your bank account again.  

  • Contact your card company. 

  • Contact your bank.

Sale items  

 

All standard products are eligible for refund. Discounted products are not refundable. 

 

Exchanges  

 

Products are only exchanged if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@parrotias.com.  

 

Gifts  

 

If you acquired the product as a gift and it was sent directly to you, you will have a gift voucher for your transaction. If the product was not identified as a gift while purchased, or the gifting donor had the items delivered to themselves to present to you thereafter, we will reimburse the gift donor and notify them of the return. 

 

Shipping Returns  

 

You would be responsible for the payment of shipping fees. The cost of shipping is non-refundable. The cost of return shipping would be recovered from your return if you receive it. The time it takes for your exchanged product to arrive may vary depending on where you reside. If you are returning an item that is more expensive, you should consider implementing a trackable delivery company or shipment insurance. Parrotias cannot guarantee that your returned item will be received.  

 

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
